摘  要:断桥铝门窗以其良好的隔热性、隔音性、耐腐蚀性在近年被广泛应用,其角部的粘接与固定一直是影响其结构强度与使用寿命的重要因素。以多官能度聚醚多元醇、多官能度异氰酸酯、气相法白炭黑等原材料,制备了一种适用于门窗角码链接的双组分聚氨酯组角胶。研究了聚醚多元醇、触变剂、增塑剂对硬度、剪切强度、其他物理性能的影响。结果表明,在聚醚A 94%、聚醚H 5%、聚醚A 1%、触变剂8%和增塑剂4.8%的条件下,自研聚氨酯双组分组角胶具备高剪切强度、高邵氏硬度,具备良好的应用性能。Broken bridge aluminum doors and windows have been widely used in recent years due to their good heat insulation,sound insulation and corrosion resistance,and the bonding and fixing of their corners have always been an important factor affecting their structural strength and service life.A two-component polyurethane group corner glue suitable for door and window corner code linking was prepared from polyfunctional polyether polyol,multifunctional isocyanate,fumed silica and other raw materials.The effects of polyether polyols,thixotropic agents and plasticizers on hardness,shear strength and other physical properties were studied.The results showed that under the conditions of 94%polyether A,5%polyether H,1%polyether A,8%thixotropic agent and 4.8%plasticizer,the self-developed polyurethane two-component angle adhesive had high shear strength,high shore hardness and good application performance.
