智能运动手环用聚氨酯热熔胶脱粘原因分析

摘  要:失效样品为某厂家智能运动手环,屏幕与壳体通过热熔胶粘接在一起,材质是聚氨酯。在使用过程中,屏幕与壳体出现脱粘,为了找到屏幕与壳体脱粘的原因,对脱粘的屏幕表面与壳体表面与未使用运动手环进行电子形貌对比、主成分对比,用溶液萃取的方式进行成分对比。结果表明,屏幕与壳体出现脱粘的原因是热熔胶受到人工汗液中角鲨烯、油酸等物质的侵袭,导致热熔胶胶粘力下降,引起脱粘。最后通过验证,证实了人工汗液的确会使聚氨酯热熔胶粘接力下降,建议选用含量高的聚己二酸丁二醇酯二醇聚氨酯,不容易被侵蚀。The failed sample is a smart sports bracelet from a manufacturer,and the screen and shell are bonded together by hot melt adhesive,and the material is polyurethane.During use,the screen and the shell appear to be disbonded.In order to find the reason for the debonding of the screen and the shell,the electronic morphology and principal component comparison of the screen surface and the shell surface of the debonded screen and the unused sports bracelet were carried out,and the components were compared by solution extraction.The results showed that the reason for the debonding of the screen and the shell was that the hot melt adhesive was attacked by squalene,oleic acid and other substances in artificial sweat,which led to the decrease of the adhesive adhesion of the hot melt adhesive and caused debonding.Finally,through verification,it was confirmed that artificial sweat would indeed reduce the adhesion of polyurethane hot melt adhesive,and it is recommended to choose polybutylene adipate glycol polyurethane with high content,which is not easy to be eroded.
