摘 要:以复掺石墨烯和导电复合材料纤维作为导电相材料制备了一种具备优异电热性能的石墨烯沥青混凝土。试验首先对石墨烯沥青混凝土的配比进行优化,然后对石墨烯沥青混凝土的路用性能和电热性能进行分析。试验结果表明,当纤维长度为7 mm,纤维掺量为0.4%,石墨烯掺量为3%制备的石墨烯沥青混凝土电阻率约为20Ω·m,动稳定度为1 634.9次/mm,间接拉伸强度为4.772 MPa,浸水马歇尔残留稳定度为91.4%,冻融抗疲劳残留强度为77.4%,间接拉伸累计变形量为12.374 mm,疲劳荷载作用次数为41 314次,表现出良好的导电性能和路用性能。在36、72和108 V电压条件下,将石墨烯沥青混凝土板材表面温度提升至0℃的时间均低于2 h,表现出良好的电热性能。A graphene asphalt concrete with excellent electrothermal properties was prepared by using graphene doped with graphene and conductive composite fibers as conductive phase materials.Firstly,the ratio of graphene asphalt concrete was optimized,and then the road performance and electric thermal performance of graphene asphalt concrete were analyzed.The test results showed that when the fiber length was 7 mm,the fiber content was 0.4%,and the graphene content was 3%,the resistivity of graphene asphalt concrete was about 20Ω·m,the dynamic stability was 1634.9 times/mm,the indirect tensile strength was 4.772 MPa,the residual stability of the immersed Marshall residue was 91.4%,the freeze-thaw fatigue residual strength was 77.4%,the cumulative indirect tensile deformation was 12.374 mm,and the number of fatigue loads was 41314 times,showing good electrical conductivity and road performance.Under the voltage conditions of 36,72 and 108 V,the surface temperature of graphene asphalt concrete slabs was raised to 0℃for less than 2 h,showing good electrothermal performance.
