摘 要:拆迁建筑固体废弃物再生骨料是一种重要的资源,其再生利用对于减少建筑废弃物量、减少浪费、节约资源具有重要意义。现有研究主要采用实验室制备的再生混凝土骨料(RCA),这类骨料具有龄期短、性能均一等特点。实际工程中的RCA主要来源于服役数十年的建筑结构拆除物,其性能特征与实验室样品存在差异。这种差异主要体现在骨料强度、孔隙率、吸水率等关键指标上,进而影响再生混凝土的整体性能。实验室研究成果与实际工程应用之间可能存在一定差距,需要进一步开展基于工程实际RCA的系统研究。主要利用加入胶凝激发剂水泥浆提升拆迁建筑固体废弃物再生骨料的物理性能,以促进其在建筑领域的更广泛应用。结果表明,利用水灰比0.4水泥浆浸泡再生骨料能够有效改善再生骨料性能,制备的混凝土的抗压强度和抗折强度均有显著提高。Recycled aggregate from demolished buildings is an important resource,and its reuse is of great significance for reducing the amount of construction waste and saving resources.The existing research mainly uses laboratory-prepared recycled concrete aggregates(RCAs),which have the characteristics of short age and uniform performance.However,RCA in actual engineering is mainly derived from demolition of building structures that have been in service for decades,and their performance characteristics are significantly different from those of laboratory samples.Concrete in long-term service undergoes complex physical and chemical changes,resulting in changes in its microstructure and mechanical properties,which makes the performance of RCA,the engineering source,vary greatly.This difference is mainly reflected in key indicators such as aggregate strength,porosity,and water absorption,which in turn affect the overall performance of recycled concrete.Therefore,there may be a gap between the laboratory research results and the actual engineering application,and it is necessary to further carry out systematic research based on the actual engineering RCA.In this paper,the addition of cementitious activator cement slurry was mainly used to improve the physical properties of recycled aggregate for demolition buildings,so as to promote its wider application in the construction field.The results showed that soaking the recycled aggregate with a water-cement ratio of 0.4 cement slurry could effectively improve the performance of the recycled aggregate,and the compressive strength and flexural strength of the prepared concrete are improved.
