输变电工程边坡治理用混凝土改性及施工技术研究

摘  要:针对输变电工程中滑坡病害、水土流失等问题,使用玄武岩纤维改性碱激发泡沫混凝土,以混凝土干燥收缩值、吸水率、抗压强度、孔隙率这4个指标优化了玄武岩纤维体积掺量,然后基于该混凝土研究输变电工程边坡治理锚固工艺。结果表明,应当在碱激发泡沫混凝土中掺入0.3%玄武岩纤维,此时混凝土材料干燥收缩值为基准混凝土的64.1%,吸水率和抗压强度均处于最大值,分别是31.08%、7.26 MPa,孔隙率最小,仅为57.15%。该混凝土具有良好的吸水性能、力学性能、干燥收缩性能和孔结构性能,不容易出现收缩开裂等现象,可提高边坡稳定性,在输变电工程边坡治理锚固工艺中有一定应用价值。In order to solve the problems of landslide disease and soil erosion in power transmission and transformation projects,basalt fiber modified alkali was used to stimulate foam concrete,and the volume content of basalt fiber was optimized by four indexes:concrete drying shrinkage value,water absorption,compressive strength and porosity,and then the slope treatment and anchoring process of power transmission and transformation project was studied based on the concrete.The results showed that 0.3%basalt fiber should be mixed into alkali-activated foam concrete,and the drying shrinkage value of concrete material was 64.1%of the benchmark concrete,the water absorption rate and compressive strength were the maximum,which were 31.08%and 7.26 MPa,respectively,and the porosity was the smallest,only 57.15%.The concrete has good water absorption performance,mechanical properties,drying shrinkage performance and pore structure properties,and is not prone to shrinkage cracking,which can improve the stability of the slope and has certain application value in the slope treatment and anchoring process of power transmission and transformation projects.
