摘 要:针对传统加固方式对软土岩层加固效果较差的问题,提出通过聚合物材料与水泥协同对软土岩层进行加固。试验首先研究了单一固化体系组分含量对软土岩层的影响,然后研究了最佳加固条件下,软土岩层的加固效果。试验结果表明,最佳固化配比为,水泥掺入比30%~40%,粉煤灰掺入比应不超过8%,水玻璃掺入比不超过6%,湿陷性黄土含量约为20%~30%。在此条件下,固化体无侧限抗压强度超过100 MPa,含水率约为120%,干密度约为0.6 g/cm^(3),300 kPa垂直抗剪强度超过140 kPa,粘聚力超过25 kPa,内摩擦角约为16°,表现出良好的固化效果。In order to solve the problem that the traditional reinforcement method has poor reinforcement effect on soft soil rock formation,soft soil layers reinforced by the synergy of polymer materials and cement was proposed.Firstly,the effect of the component content of a single solidification system on the soft soil rock layer was studied,and then the reinforcement effect of the soft soil rock layer under the optimal reinforcement conditions was studied.The test results showed that the optimal curing ratio was 30%~40%for cement,8%for metakaolin,6% for water silicate,and about 20%~30% for laterite.Under these conditions,the unconfined compressive strength of the cured body exceeded 100 MPa,the moisture content was about 120%,the dry density was about 0.6 g/cm^(3),the vertical shear strength of 300 kPa was more than 140 kPa,the cohesion was more than 25 kPa,and the internal friction angle was about 16°,showing a good curing effect.
