摘  要:为提高水利工程的储水效果,试验将偏高岭土作为黏土材料,分别与羟丙基甲基纤维素和田菁胶植物胶复合,制备纤维素/黏土防渗漏材料以及植物胶/黏土防渗漏材料,并研究其性能。结果表明,在防渗漏材料中添羟丙基甲基纤维素和田菁胶植物胶均可以增大其粒径,使其具备防渗漏能力。当以0.6%纤维素和1.0%植物胶分别制备防渗漏材料时,900 h渗水率基本为0.00%,且30 d储存水质良好。其中,pH值分别为7.20、7.28,COD_(Mn)分别为3.315、2.744 mg/L,氨氮含量分别为0.352、0.375 mg/L,浑浊度分别为2.241、2.018 NTU。且这些30 d储存水质情况均达到相关国家标准,储存效果优于HDPE土工膜,在水利工程应用中有一定潜在价值。In order to improve the water storage effect of water conservancy projects,metakaolin was used as a clay material and compounded with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and Tianjing vegetable gum to prepare cellulose/clay anti-leakage materials and vegetable gum/clay anti-leakage materials,and their properties were studied.The results showed that the addition of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and vegetable gum to the anti-leakage materials could increase their particle size and make them have the ability to prevent leakage.When the anti-leakage materials were prepared with 0.6%cellulose and 1.0%vegetable gum,the water seepage rate was basically 0.00%at 900 h,and the water quality was good for 30 days.The pH values were 7.20 and 7.28,the CODMn were 3.315 and 2.744 mg/L,the ammonia nitrogen contents were 0.352 and 0.375 mg/L,and the turbidity were 2.241 and 2.018 NTU,respectively.Moreover,the 30-day storage water quality reached the relevant national standards,and the storage effect was better than that of HDPE geomembrane,which has certain potential value in the application of water conservancy engineering.
