摘　　要：工业发展对国家的经济增长和社会进步具有至关重要的作用,工业发展能够推动经济结构优化升级,实现经济可持续发展。邯郸市虽然拥有坚实的工业基础,但主要是以高能耗、高污染的传统制造业为主,仍存在产业层次低、经济效益低等问题。使用数据包络分析DEA-Malmquist指数模型与耦合协调度模型,测算并对比2019—2022年河北省11个市工业全要素生产率和工业发展协调度,对邯郸市工业发展进行横向和纵向分析。研究结论指出,提高技术效率与促进技术进步是实现邯郸市工业可持续发展的关键,同时,随着经济结构的不断调整和升级,邯郸市需要不断优化资源配置,确保各方面的协调发展,实现工业高质量发展。Industrial development plays a crucial role in the country's economic growth and social progress,and industrial development can promote the optimisation and upgrading of economic structure and achieve sustainable economic development.Although Handan has a solid industrial foundation,it is mainly dominated by traditional manufacturing industries with high energy consumption and high pollution,and still has problems such as low industrial level and low economic efficiency.Using the data envelopment analysis DEA-Malmquist index model and the coupled coordination degree model,the total factor productivity of industry and the coordination degree of industrial development in 11 cities in Hebei Province are measured and compared for 2019-2022,and the industrial development of Handan is analysed horizontally and vertically.The study concludes that improving technical efficiency and promoting technological progress are the keys to achieving sustainable industrial development in Handan City,and at the same time,with the continuous adjustment and upgrading of the economic structure,Handan City needs to continuously optimise the allocation of resources to ensure the coordinated development of all aspects and to achieve high-quality industrial development.
