摘　　要：从工业经济角度出发,分析了“双碳”目标对中国工业发展的影响,提出了实现绿色转型的策略和路径,包括转变发展方式,推动经济结构调整优化、促进绿色金融发展,引导资金向环保产业倾斜、加快能源结构调整,构建清洁低碳能源体系等,为中国工业经济的绿色转型提供理论支撑和实践指导。From the perspective of the industrial economy,we analyse the impact of the"dual-carbon"target on China's industrial development and propose strategies and paths to achieve green transformation,including transforming the mode of development,promoting the adjustment and optimization of the economic structure,promoting the development of green finance,guiding the tilt of funds to environmental protection industries,accelerating the adjustment of the energy structure,and constructing a clean and low carbon energy system,etc.,which will provide an opportunity for the green transformation of China's industrial economy.This will provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the green transformation of China's industrial economy.
