摘  要:作为江苏省的重要城市之一,徐州市近年来在生物医药产业方面取得了长足的发展。该产业对于徐州市而言不仅是提升城市经济发展质量的重要支柱,也对推动区域经济结构优化、提高民众生活质量的重要领域。为了使徐州在生物医药领域有进一步的发展,需要从全产业链优化和创新集群建设上制定科学系统的策略,在整合产业链上下游促进技术创新和应用上多下功夫。基于此,对徐州市生物医药产业的全产业链现状进行剖析,并就如何通过资源配置和创新驱动来建设具有国际竞争力的生物医药创新集群进行讨论,为相关政策制定者和产业从业者提供有价值的参考与建议。As one of the important cities in Jiangsu Province,Xuzhou has made great development in biomedical industry in recent years.This industry is not only an important pillar for Xuzhou to improve the quality of the city's economic development,but also an important field to promote the optimisation of the regional economic structure and improve the quality of life of the people.In order for Xuzhou to have further development in the field of biomedicine,it is necessary to formulate a scientific and systematic strategy for the optimisation of the whole industrial chain and the construction of innovation clusters,and to make more efforts in integrating the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain to promote technological innovation and application.Based on this,the current situation of the whole industry chain of Xuzhou's biopharmaceutical industry is analysed,and how to build an internationally competitive biopharmaceutical innovation cluster through resource allocation and innovation drive is discussed to provide valuable references and suggestions for relevant policy makers and industry practitioners.
