摘  要:准确可靠的强化采油技术筛选决策是石油行业实施强化采油规划和设计的先决条件。而传统的强化采油技术筛选决策依赖大量的试验和物理建模,具有耗时久、筛选成本高等缺陷,大大增加油田开发前期的准备工作。据此,利用机器学习对有限的数据进行学习和预测,提出了一种基于随机森林的强化采油技术智能筛选模型。该模型可依据过去成功实施的强化采油项目经验,寻找油藏储层及流体性质与强化采油技术之间的内在关系,为开采过程提供快速精准的决策方案,以减少不必要的试验,降低开发成本。经验证构建的模型在面对未知油藏时其预测的准确率可达到92.71%,能够为候选油藏精准筛选适合的强化采油技术,最大限度地提高油藏的采收率,减少资源浪费,实现油田的可持续开发。Accurate and reliable screening decision of enhanced oil recovery(EOR)technology is a prerequisite for the implementation of EOR planning and design in the petroleum industry.The traditional enhanced oil recovery technology screening decision relies on a large number of experiments and physical modelling,which is time-consuming,costly and highly defective,and greatly increases the preparatory work for oilfield development.Accordingly,a Random Forest-based intelligent screening model for enhanced oil recovery technology is proposed by using machine learning to learn and predict limited data.The model can be based on the experience of successfully implemented enhanced oil recovery projects in the past to find the intrinsic relationship between reservoir reservoir and fluid properties and enhanced oil recovery technology,providing a fast and accurate decision-making scheme for the extraction process,in order to reduce unnecessary experiments and lower development costs.It is proved that the prediction accuracy of the constructed model can reach 92.71%in the face of unknown reservoirs,and it can accurately screen suitable enhanced oil recovery techniques for candidate reservoirs,maximise the recovery rate of reservoirs,reduce the waste of resources,and realise the sustainable development of oilfields.
