摘  要:近年来,随着国内环保排放标准的不断提升,燃煤电厂面临的环保压力日益增大。特别是由于燃煤煤质的偏离设计值、脱硝设备中的氨逃逸现象等因素,导致电除尘器的阴极线裹灰问题变得尤为突出。这些问题导致电除尘效率的显著下降。通过引用实际案例,详细阐述了一种专门针对由氨逃逸引起的阴极线裹灰问题的改造方案。这一方案的提出,旨在为解决阴极线裹灰问题提供切实可行的技术参考方向。In recent years,with the continuous improvement of domestic environmental emission standards,coal-fired power plants are facing increasing environmental pressure.Especially due to factors such as deviation of coal quality from design values and ammonia escape in denitrification equipment,the problem of cathode line dust coating in electrostatic precipitators has become particularly prominent.These issues have led to a significant decrease in the efficiency of electrostatic precipitators.This article elaborates on a modification plan specifically designed to address the issue of cathode wire coating caused by ammonia escape,by citing practical cases.The proposal of this plan aims to provide a practical and feasible technical reference direction for solving the problem of cathode wire coating.
