摘  要:以龙门数控装备横梁为对象,开展基于拓扑优化的复杂机械构件轻量化设计研究。首先进行横梁布局设计和初始模型设计,接着对初始模型进行有限元分析,包括静力学分析和模态分析。然后对横梁结构进行拓扑优化,包括内部筋板布局优化和筋板及后壁板拓扑优化。最后对优化结果进行对比分析,结果表明通过拓扑优化方法显著降低了横梁重量,同时较好地保持了刚度。Taking the crossbeam of gantry CNC equipment as an object,a research on lightweight design of complex mechanical components based on topology optimisation is carried out.Firstly,the crossbeam layout design and initial model design are carried out,followed by finite element analysis of the initial model,including static analysis and modal analysis.Then the topology optimisation of the crossbeam structure is carried out,including the optimisation of the internal fascia layout and the topology optimisation of the fascia and rear wall plate.Finally,a comparative analysis of the optimisation results is carried out,which shows that the weight of the crossbeam is significantly reduced by the topology optimisation method,while the stiffness is better maintained.
