摘 要:针对我国非煤矿山面临的多源异构数据融合处理、复杂环境智能感知与识别、生产过程子系统集成等问题,研究了非煤领域智能矿山综合管控平台关键技术。按照“理论体系—关键技术研究—平台研发—应用示范”的路线,构建集感知、分析、决策、控制于一体的非煤领域智能矿山综合管控平台,未来在典型非煤矿山开展应用示范,实现矿山“矿石业务流”和“数据流”全过程管控,将显著提升矿山生产效率,降低矿山运营成本。In response to the challenges faced by non coal mines in China,such as multi-source heterogeneous data fusion processing,intelligent perception and recognition of complex environments,and integration of production process subsystems,this paper conducts research on key technologies for an intelligent mining comprehensive control platform in the non coal field.Following the route of"theoretical system key technology research platform development application demonstration",we will construct an intelligent mining comprehensive control platform in the non coal field that integrates perception,analysis,decision-making,and control.In the future,we will carry out application demonstrations in typical non coal mines to achieve full process control of the"ore business flow"and"data flow"of mines.This will significantly improve mining production efficiency,reduce mining operating costs,and inject strong impetus into the transformation,upgrading.
