摘 要:通过分析高压断路器的故障,介绍了断路器实施在线监测的重点部位,阐述了智能断路器系统架构;对SF6气体密度和微水监测进行了详细介绍;对高压断路器机械特性监测技术进行了说明;在高压断路器机柜温湿度监测技术中,对加热器保温和防冷凝的设计建模方法,仿真过程进行了详细说明和阐述,加热器保温和防冷凝设计过程对各电压等级断路器解决低温凝露问题具有借鉴指导意义。应用智能监测技术,将降低运维工作量,节省定期检修费用,经济效益显著;且实现数据的趋势感知和信息化传输,有利于精益运维,保障电网安全。Firstly,the faults of high-voltage circuit breakers and the key areas for implementing online monitoring of circuit breakers are analyzed,and the system logic architecture of intelligent circuit breakers is introduced;Secondly,introduce SF6 gas density and micro-water monitoring technology;Once again,introduce the mechanical characteristic monitoring technology of high-voltage circuit breakers;Finally,in the temperature and humidity monitoring technology of high-voltage circuit breaker cabinets,the design modeling method and simulation process of heat?preservation and anti condensation are introduced.The design process has reference and guidance significance for solving low temperature and condensation problems.The application of intelligent monitoring technology will reduce the workload of operation and maintenance,save regular maintenance costs and achieve remarkable economic benefits;state perception of data can be realized and information transmission;realize lean operation and maintenance,and ensure the safety of power grid.
