摘　　要：以某冶金企业变压吸附制氧装置为例,对制氧工艺与能耗关系进行分析,以此为基础对制氧工艺进行优化,调整制氧运行步骤和时间参数,并应用于实际生产中,对工艺优化的节能效果进行研究。Taking the variable pressure adsorption oxygen production device of a metallurgical enterprise as an example,the relationship between oxygen production process and energy consumption is analysed,based on which the oxygen production process is optimized,the oxygen production operation steps and time parameters are adjusted,and the process is applied in actual production to study the energy-saving effect of process optimization.
