摘 要:为解决以往的煤矿安全监控系统存在监测偏差大,控制响应滞后,缺乏预警机制,系统扩展性受限以及发生矿难时人员搜救难度大等问题,以高家梁煤矿为研究背景,通过技术升级,提出了一套物联网感知技术且适用于煤矿安全监控系统设计,对监控系统方案、硬件选型以及节点模块进行了一系列的全面优化。结果显示,优化后安全监控系统运行正常,安全维护费用大幅减少;通过精确监测和及时预警,降低了因安全事故引起采面停产的发生率,同时增加了设备利用率,矿难发生时能迅速定位被困人员,大大缩短了人员搜救时间,显著提升了井下作业的安全性和效率。In order to solve the problems of large monitoring deviation,delayed control response,lack of warning mechanism,limited system scalability,and difficulty in personnel search and rescue in the event of mining accidents in previous coal mine safety monitoring systems,taking Gaojialiang Coal Mine as the research background,a set of IoT sensing technology suitable for coal mine safety monitoring system design was proposed through technological upgrading.A series of comprehensive optimizations were carried out on the monitoring system scheme,hardware selection,and node modules.The results show that the optimized security monitoring system runs normally and the security maintenance costs are significantly reduced;By precise monitoring and timely warning,the occurrence rate of mining face shutdown caused by safety accidents has been reduced,while increasing equipment utilization.When mining accidents occur,trapped personnel can be quickly located,greatly reducing personnel search and rescue time,and significantly improving the safety and efficiency of underground operations.
