摘 要:在国家大力推行节能减排的背景下,燃煤电厂既要降低对环境的影响,又要降低生产成本。在此基础上,对煤炭电厂开展成本管理、提高能效、优化运行管理的研究就显得尤为重要。在对燃煤电厂成本构成进行研究的基础上,指出燃煤电厂的燃料费用、设备维护费用、员工费用是影响电厂运行的重要因素。通过优化燃料采购,强化设备维修管理,提高人员的工作效率,从而达到节约成本的目的。同时,通过对燃煤电厂进行成本-效益分析及性能评价,保证燃煤电厂在达到节能减排目标的前提下提高经济效益。在燃煤电厂中运用人工智能和数据分析技术推行一套行之有效的成本管理战略,可以增强企业的经济效益,增强企业的竞争能力,促进企业的可持续发展。On this basis,it is particularly important to carry out research on cost management,energy efficiency improvement,and optimisation of operation management of coal power plants.On the basis of the research on the cost composition of coal-fired power plants,it is pointed out that the fuel cost,equipment maintenance cost and staff cost of coal-fired power plants are important factors affecting the operation of power plants.By optimising fuel procurement,strengthening equipment maintenance management,and improving personnel efficiency,cost savings can be achieved.At the same time,through the cost-benefit analysis and performance evaluation of coal-fired power plants,it is ensured that coal-fired power plants can improve their economic efficiency under the premise of achieving the goal of energy saving and emission reduction.The use of artificial intelligence and data analysis technology in coal-fired power plants to implement a set of proven cost management strategies can enhance the economic efficiency of enterprises,strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.
