低碳经济背景下煤炭企业绿色创新路径及经济后果研究

摘　　要：煤炭企业绿色转型是国家实现“双碳”目标的重要举措,结合煤炭行业特点,分析绿色创新驱动因素、创新路径与经济后果影响机理,选取典型煤炭企业为案例剖析对象,探究技术创新、组织创新和产业链创新三条绿色创新路径在财务绩效、创新绩效和环境绩效三方面的经济后果,为推动煤炭企业绿色转型提供理论支撑与实际借鉴。Green transformation of coal enterprises is an important initiative for the country to achieve the goal of"double carbon",combining the characteristics of the coal industry,analysing the driving factors of green innovation,innovation paths and the economic consequences of the mechanism,selecting typical coal enterprises as the object of case analysis,and exploring the economic consequences of the three green innovation paths of technological innovation,organisational innovation,and industry chain innovation in terms of financial performance,innovation performance and environmental performance,in order to promote the green transformation of coal enterprises.We select a typical coal enterprise as the case study object to investigate the economic consequences of the three green innovation paths of technological innovation,organisational innovation and industrial chain innovation in terms of financial performance,innovation performance and environmental performance,so as to provide theoretical support and practical reference for the promotion of green transformation of coal enterprises.
