摘　　要：将以废旧塑料的循环应用为例,概述了国内外石化企业的塑料循环发展方案,从热解SPWO技术出发,分析了废旧塑料分解处理技术,明确该技术的绿色低碳价值。最后,提出基于循环经济的废旧塑料应用方案,明确上下游企业的主要工作,以期可以做好塑料循环利用,实现绿色低碳的发展。Since October 2023,China's Development and Reform Commission has issued the Guiding Opinions on Promoting Green,Innovative and High-Quality Development of the Oil Refining Industry,which requires the petrochemical industry to do a good job of green and low-carbon transformation and upgrading based on the concept of circular economy.To this end,we will take the recycling application of waste plastics as an example,firstly,we will outline the plastics recycling development programmes of domestic and foreign petrochemical enterprises,and then,starting from the pyrolysis SPWO technology,we will analyse the decomposition treatment of waste plastics and make clear the green and low-carbon value of this technology.Finally,it puts forward the application programme of waste plastics based on circular economy and clarifies the main work of upstream and downstream enterprises.We hope that we can do a good job of recycling plastics and realise the green and low-carbon development.
