摘　　要：现阶段涉及日化企业并购游戏企业的案例研究较少,因此,选择2020年名臣健康并购海南华多、杭州雷焰的案例,运用事件研究和财务绩效研究对名臣健康跨行业并购的绩效进行综合分析,得出结论与启示,为其他有意进行跨行业并购的企业提供有益的经验与借鉴。At this stage,there are fewer case studies on the merger and acquisition of gaming companies by daily chemical companies.We choose the case of the merger and acquisition of Hainan Huado and Hangzhou Leiyan by Mingshen Health Products Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as Mingshen Health)in 2020,and conduct a comprehensive analysis of Mingshen Health's cross-industry merger and acquisition performance by applying event study and financial performance study.Conclusions and insights are drawn to provide useful experience and reference for other enterprises interested in cross-industry mergers and acquisitions.
