基于新质生产力视角的以岭药业绿色创新路径及绩效研究

摘　　要：为切实探究绿色创新对于医药企业发展的促进作用,采取案例研究法,以石家庄以岭药业股份有限公司(以下简称“以岭药业”)为例,从新质生产力的视角深入分析其绿色创新路径,并从创新绩效、环境绩效、经济绩效及社会绩效四个方面分析得出绿色创新有助于以岭药业增加创新产出,实现节能减排,提升财务绩效和品牌价值,进而为行业中其他企业的绿色创新提供参考。In order to explore the role of green innovation in the development of pharmaceutical enterprises,we adopt the case study method to take Shijiazhuang Ealing Pharmaceutical Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as"Ealing Pharmaceutical")as an example,analyse its green innovation path from the perspective of new quality productivity,and analyse its green innovation path from four aspects,namely,innovation performance,environmental performance,economic performance and social performance.From the analysis of innovation performance,environmental performance,economic performance and social performance,it is concluded that green innovation can help Ealing Pharmaceuticals to increase innovation output,achieve energy saving and emission reduction,and improve financial performance and brand value,which can provide reference for other enterprises in the industry to carry out green innovation.
