企业财务管理在大数据时代的创新与发展——以蒙牛集团财务共享模式为例

摘　　要：面对大数据时代所带来的新的挑战,企业需要不断地发展与创新,越来越多的企业为降低成本提高效能开始了财务管理方面的改革,基于此,选取了蒙牛集团所采取的财务共享模式为例,简要分析了其实施成效,并具体从2014—2023年近十年的财务数据进行具体数据展示,分析了其财务共享的实施效果,并根据蒙牛集团的实施,为相关企业提供相关借鉴。More and more enterprises have begun the reform of financial management in order to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency,based on this,Mengniu Group has been selected as an example of the financial sharing model,briefly analysed the effectiveness of its implementation,and specifically from the financial data of the past ten years from 2014-2023,the specific data display,analysed its financial sharing of the financial sharing model.Specific data from 2014-2023 nearly ten years of financial data to show,analyse the implementation of its financial sharing effect,and according to the implementation of Mengniu Group,to provide relevant reference for related enterprises.
