重卡变速箱振动及噪声的实验研究

摘　　要：变速箱的稳定性和安全性对整车的性能具有很大影响,汽车其他机械系统对传动系统以及变速箱作用的激励使得变速箱发生振动和噪声,可能使整车存在隐患和危险。研究了变速箱工作时产生振动和噪音的机理,同时,对变速箱进行实验研究,测试在实际工况下变速箱振动和噪音情况,分析实验数据,提出变速箱改进方法。The stability and safety of the gearbox have a great influence on the performance of the whole vehicle,and the excitation of other mechanical systems of the vehicle on the transmission system and the gearbox makes the gearbox vibration and noise,which may make the whole vehicle have hidden dangers and dangers.The mechanism of vibration and noise generated when the gearbox is working is studied,and at the same time,experimental research is carried out on the gearbox to test the vibration and noise of the gearbox under the actual working conditions,and the experimental data are analysed to put forward the improvement method of the gearbox.
