摘  要:自“3060”目标确定以来,新能源迎来新的发展机遇,光伏发电项目建设规模逐年扩大,传统基建施工方式无法满足光伏应用场景的多元化及技术融合的多样化需求;天津滨海新区龙源海晶盐光互补项目,在前期规划、工程建设、生产运维等管理阶段,通过增加智能化应用,创新设备管理等手段,建成全国首个全容量投产的500 kV特高压新能源智慧工程示范项目,荣获中电建协智慧工程三星典型案例,智慧电厂产业洞察白皮书优秀案例,为集中式光伏项目智慧工程建设提供了可推广的经验。New energy ushered in a new opportunity for development,the construction scale of photovoltaic power generation project is expanding year by year,the traditional infrastructure construction method can not meet the diversification of the photovoltaic application scene and the diversified needs of the integration of technology;Tianjin Binhai New Area Longyuan Haijing Salt and Light Complementary Project,in the pre-planning,engineering construction,production operation and maintenance and other management stages,through the addition of intelligent engineering construction path to explore,Tianjin Binhai New Area Longyuan Haijing Salt-Photovoltaic Complementary Project,in the preliminary planning,engineering construction,production,operation and maintenance and other management phases,through the increase of intelligent applications,innovative equipment management and other means,built the country's first full-capacity commissioning of the 500 kV ultra-high voltage new energy wisdom project demonstration project,won the China Electricity Construction Association Wisdom Project Samsung typical cases,the wisdom of the Power Plant Industry Insight White Paper excellent cases for the centralised PV project wisdom project construction to provide a promotable experience.
