摘　　要：推进新型工业化是中国式现代化的必由之路,信息通信业是新型工业化推进的战略先导与关键支撑。因此,基于对新型工业化与信息通信业关系研究,开展信息通信业支撑赋能新型工业化发展的成果评估及问题诊断,为更好的赋能新型工业化推进,结合诊断分析对信息通信业提出“推进行业生态发展、加快基础设施升级、增强核心技术攻关、大力深化融合应用、强化安全保障建设”五大改进措施建议,为实现中国式现代化筑牢基础。Promoting new industrialisation is the road to China's modernisation,and the information and communication industry is the strategic precursor and key support for the promotion of new industrialisation.Based on the research on the relationship between new industrialisation and information and communication industry,this paper carries out the assessment of the achievements and diagnosis of the problems of the information and communication industry in supporting and empowering the development of new industrialisation,and puts forward five major proposals of"promoting the development of industry ecosystems,accelerating the upgrading of infrastructures,enhancing the research and development of core technologies,deepening the convergence of applications and strengthening the construction of security and protection"in the light of the diagnostic analysis of the information and communication industry.Five major improvement measures are proposed for the information and communication industry to build a solid foundation for the realisation of Chinese-style modernisation.
