摘　　要：主要对食品制造业经济成本的主要构成要素以及存在的相关问题进行分析,并结合实际存在的问题提出相应的优化路径。希望能够通过对食品制造业原材料成本、人工成本、制造费用等方面的分析和优化,提升相关企业经济成本效益,从而促进行业的长期稳定发展。The main components of the economic cost of the food manufacturing industry and the related problems are analysed,and the corresponding optimization paths are proposed in the light of the actual problems.It is hoped that through the analysis and optimisation of raw material costs,labour costs and manufacturing costs in the food manufacturing industry,the economic cost efficiency of the relevant enterprises can be improved,thus promoting the long-term stable development of the industry.
