超超临界1000 MW型汽轮发电机转子振动周期性波动的诊断与处理

摘　　要：通过诊断某发电厂超超临界1000 MW型汽轮发电机转子振动周期性变化的故障,分析了频谱和时域变化趋势,判断出该发电机转子存在某种特殊碰磨。通过开展动平衡、更换励磁机碳刷和解体发电机端盖,成功解决了发电机转子振动周期性波动的故障。发电机转子振动周期性变化故障问题的解决,为超超临界1000 MW型汽轮发电机组振动故障诊断提供一种参考。By diagnosing the fault of cyclic variation of rotor vibration of ultra-supercritical 1000 MW turbine generator in a power plant,and by analysing the frequency spectrum and time domain trend,it is judged that there exists a certain kind of special touching wear of the rotor of this generator.By carrying out dynamic balancing,replacing the exciter carbon brushes and disassembling the generator end cover,the generator rotor vibration periodic fluctuation fault was finally solved successfully.By solving the fault of periodic changes in generator rotor vibration,it provides a reference for the diagnosis of vibration faults in ultra-supercritical 1000 MW turbine-generator sets.
