“晋江经验”引领晋江制造业绿色转型升级探析

摘　　要：在分析“晋江经验”背景及其在制造业绿色转型中的作用基础上,探讨了晋江制造业发展现状和转型的必要性,指出存在自主创新能力弱、高端人才短缺、制度规范不足和企业结构待优化等问题。针对这些问题,提出了加强科技支撑、引进高端人才、创新制度、建立绿色需求目录和信息平台、弘扬晋江经验等对策建议,以推动晋江制造业高质量发展。On the basis of analyzing the background of"Jinjiang Experience"and its role in the green transformation of the manufacturing industry,the current situation of the development of manufacturing industry in Jinjiang and the necessity of transformation are discussed,and it is pointed out that there are problems such as weak independent innovation ability,shortage of high-end talents,insufficient institutional norms,and the structure of enterprises to be optimized.In response to these problems,countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening scientific and technological support,introducing high-end talents,innovating the system,establishing a green demand catalog and information platform,and promoting the Jinjiang experience are put forward to promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Jinjiang.
