摘 要:文章基于江西樟树的典型案例进行分析,发现武术进校园、武术赛事、武医融合方面展现了其在乡村振兴中的发展成效,但也面临着学校武术教育资源配置不均、武术传承老龄化与异化显现、武医融合的综合性人才培养匮乏的困境。基于此,提出推进路向:以武术进校园为窗口,完善顶层设计,优化资源配置;以武术赛事为媒介,扩大影响力,带动群众参与;以武术跨界为链条,创新业态模式,吸引人才回归。This study analyzes a typical case from Zhangshu,Jiangxi Province,revealing the developmental achievements of Wushu in rural revitalization through initiatives such as introducing Wushu into schools,organizing Wushu competitions,and integrating Wushu with traditional Chinese medicine.However,challenges such as uneven resource allocation for Wushu education in schools,the aging and alienation of Wushu inheritance,and a shortage of comprehensive talents in the integration of Wushu and medicine are also identified.Based on these findings,the study proposes several pathways for advancement:improving top-level design and optimizing resource allocation through the window of introducing Wushu into schools;expanding influence and engaging the public through the medium of Wushu competitions;and attracting talent return by fostering innovation in industry models through the chain of Wushu cross-sector integration.
