摘  要:文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析等研究方法,阐述民族传统体育文化资源融入学校体育教学的双重价值,并对融入存在的问题进行综合性分析。研究提出民族传统体育文化融入学校体育教学的实践路径,包括整合民族传统体育文化,增强学校体育教学的系统性;挖掘民族传统体育的鲜活素材,讲深讲透讲活文化精神;创新学校体育教育教学的时空领域,加快“打育玩一体化”融合。This paper takes the integration of traditional sports culture resources into school physical education as the research object,uses literature materials,logical analysis and other methods to expound the double value of the integration of traditional sports culture resources into school physical education,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing problems.Finally,the practical path of integrating traditional sports culture into school physical education is put forward,including integrating traditional sports culture,enhancing the systematicness of school physical education,excavating fresh materials of traditional sports,explaining the cultural spirit in depth and thoroughly,innovating the space and time field of school physical education and teaching,and accelerating the integration of"playing,teaching and playing".
