摘 要:目的:探讨Multiloc髓内钉手术在复杂肱骨近端骨折中的应用效果。方法:从2021年10月至2024年10月日照市中心医院收治的复杂肱骨近端骨折患者中选取46例,通过随机数表法将其均分为两组,每组23例。对照组采用PHILOS钢板手术治疗,观察组采用Multiloc髓内钉手术治疗。记录两组的围手术期指标、肩关节功能、疼痛程度和功能障碍情况,并进行统计学分析。结果:观察组的手术时间短于对照组(P<0.05),术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的简明肩关节功能测试(SST)评分、Constant评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用Multiloc髓内钉手术治疗复杂肱骨近端骨折的手术操作简便,可以有效提高患者的肩关节功能,减轻疼痛,缓解功能障碍。Objective:To investigate the clinical outcomes of Multiloc intramedullary nailing in the treatment of complex proximal humeral fractures.Methods:Forty-nine patients with complex proximal humeral fractures admitted to Rizhao Central Hospital from October 2021 to October 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups(23 cases each)using a random number table.The control group underwent PHILOS plate fixation,while the observation group received Multiloc intramedullary nailing.Perioperative indicators,shoulder joint function[assessed by the Shoulder Function Test(SST)and Constant-Murley scores],pain intensity[Visual Analog Scale(VAS)],and functional disability[Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)]were recorded and statistically analyzed.Results:The observation group exhibited shorter operative time and less intraoperative blood loss compared to the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment SST and Constant-Murley scores were significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05),while VAS and ODI scores were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Multiloc intramedullary nailing is a straightforward and effective approach for complex proximal humeral fractures,improving shoulder function,alleviating pain,and mitigating functional impairment.
