体外冲击波联合关节镜下微创手术治疗运动性肩袖损伤的效果观察

摘  要:目的:评估体外冲击波与关节镜下微创手术联用对运动性肩袖损伤的治疗效果。方法:选取2022年1月至2023年1月甘肃省中医院收治的100例运动性肩袖损伤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组。对照组实施关节镜下微创手术治疗,研究组实施体外冲击波与关节镜下微创手术联合治疗,对比两组的临床疗效。结果:研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的肩关节功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用体外冲击波与关节镜下微创手术治疗运动性肩袖损伤,不仅能提升患者治疗效果,还能促进肩关节功能的恢复,并减轻疼痛,具有较高的临床价值,值得推广。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combining extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)with arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of sports-related rotator cuff injuries.Methods:A total of 100 patients with sports-related rotator cuff injuries admitted to Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table.The control group underwent arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery alone,while the study group received combined treatment with ESWT and arthroscopic surgery.Clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The study group exhibited a significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).Post-treatment,the study group demonstrated superior shoulder joint function scores and lower pain scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of extracorporeal shock wave therapy and arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery significantly enhances therapeutic efficacy,promotes functional recovery of the shoulder joint,and alleviates pain in patients with sports-related rotator cuff injuries.This approach holds substantial clinical value and warrants broader application.
