乳果糖、聚乙二醇电解质散应用在肠镜检查之前肠道准备中的价值

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨乳果糖、聚乙二醇电解质散应用在肠镜检查之前肠道准备中的价值。方法:对2022年12月—2024年3月在南通市第六人民医院行肠镜检查的80例患者临床资料展开回顾性分析,依据其肠道准备方法将其划分为电解质组(单纯用聚乙二醇电解质散,40例)和乳果糖组(单纯用乳果糖,40例),评价两组的检查情况。结果:乳果糖组患者检查接受率(95.00%)明显高于电解质组,且其肠镜操作时间[(8.08±1.26)min]短于电解质组,两组数据比较差异明显(P<0.05);两组右半结肠、横结肠及左半结肠的准备评分和总分对比,乳果糖组均高于电解质组,差异明显(P<0.05);乳果糖组息肉、结肠黑变病等检出率(经病理检查证实)高于电解质组(P<0.05),两组结肠肿瘤检出率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:应用乳果糖能够改善肠道准备质量,增加疾病检出率,有利于检查的顺利进行。Objective:To analyze the value of lactulose and polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder in bowel preparation before colonoscopy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 80 patients who underwent colonoscopy at The Sixth People’s Hospital of Nantong from December 2022 to March 2024.Based on their bowel preparation methods,patients were divided into the electrolyte group(polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder alone,n=40)and the lactulose group(lactulose alone,n=40).The examination outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The acceptance rate of colonoscopy in the lactulose group(95.00%)was significantly higher than that in the electrolyte group,and the colonoscopy operation time(8.08±1.26)min was shorter in the lactulose group(both P<0.05).The bowel preparation scores for the right colon,transverse colon,left colon,and total scores were all higher in the lactulose group compared to the electrolyte group(all P<0.05).The detection rates of polyps and melanosis coli(confirmed by pathological examination)were higher in the lactulose group(P<0.05),while no significant difference was observed in the detection rate of colorectal tumors(P>0.05).Discussion:The use of lactulose improves the quality of bowel preparation,increases disease detection rates,and facilitates the smooth progress of colonoscopy.
