南京地区未成年呼吸道感染住院患者常见呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检测结果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析南京地区未成年呼吸道感染住院患者常见呼吸道病原体免疫球蛋白M(IgM)抗体检测结果并分析其流行病学特征。方法:选取2021年1月—2024年10月南京医科大学第二附属医院收治的未成年呼吸道感染住院患者12297例,采用间接免疫荧光法检测其嗜肺军团菌、腺病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒等8种呼吸道病原体IgM抗体,并对检测结果进行分析。结果:12297例未成年呼吸道感染患者中,共检测出IgM抗体阳性6979例(56.75%),其中以肺炎支原体、乙型流感病毒为主。不同性别、不同年龄间未成年患者呼吸道病原体IgM抗体检出率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:南京地区未成年人呼吸道感染最常见的病原体为肺炎支原体、乙型流感病毒,且入学儿童为高发群体。Objective:To analyze the detection results of immunoglobulin M(IgM)antibodies against common respiratory pathogens and their epidemiological characteristics in hospitalized minors with respiratory tract infections in a certain region.Methods:A total of 12,297 hospitalized minors with respiratory tract infections admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2021 to October 2024 were selected.Indirect immunofluorescence assay was used to detect IgM antibodies against eight respiratory pathogens,including Legionella pneumophila,Adenovirus,and Respiratory Syncytial Virus.The detection results were statistically analyzed.Results:Among the 12,297 minors with respiratory tract infections,6,979 cases(56.75%)tested positive for IgM antibodies,predominantly against Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Influenza B Virus.Significant differences in the detection rates of respiratory pathogen IgM antibodies were observed among minors of different genders and age groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The most prevalent pathogens causing respiratory tract infections in minors in the Nanjing region are Mycoplasma pneumoniae and Influenza B Virus,with school-age children being the high-risk population.
