疏肝益气汤配合甲巯咪唑片治疗甲状腺功能亢进症临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察甲状腺功能亢进症应用疏肝益气汤与甲巯咪唑片协同治疗的临床效果。方法:将2021年5月至2024年4月南阳市第一人民医院收治的83例甲状腺功能亢进症患者纳入研究,根据简单随机盲选法,分为中西医组(43例)和西医组(40例)。西医组予以甲巯咪唑片治疗,中西医组予以疏肝益气汤加甲巯咪唑片治疗。治疗前后,对比两组中医证候积分、甲状腺功能、血清学指标。结果:治疗后两组中医证候积分、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平均较治疗前下降,中西医组更低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组促甲状腺素(TSH)水平较治疗前上升,中西医组更高(P<0.05)。结论:甲状腺功能亢进症应用疏肝益气汤与甲巯咪唑片协同治疗,可显著下调患者中医证候积分与FT3、FT4水平,减轻疾病对ICAM-1、CRP等血清学指标的影响。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combined therapy with Shugan Yiqi Decoction and methimazole tablets in the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods:Atotal of 83 patients with hyperthyroidism admitted to Nanyang First People’s Hospital from May 2021 to April 2024 were enrolled and divided into a combined Chinese-Western medicine group(43 cases)and a Western medicine group(40 cases)using a simple randomized blinded method.The Western medicine group received methimazole tablets,while the combined group received Shugan Yiqi Decoction plus methimazole tablets.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,thyroid function parameters(FT3,FT4,TSH),and serological markers(CRP,ICAM-1,IGF-1)were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,both groups showed reductions in TCM syndrome scores,FT3,FT4,TSH,CRP,ICAM-1,and IGF-1 levels compared to pre-treatment values,with significantly lower levels in the combined group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Shugan Yiqi Decoction and methimazole tablets significantly reduces TCM syndrome scores,FT3,and FT4 levels in hyperthyroidism patients,mitigates the impact of the disease on serological markers such as ICAM-1 and CRP,and decreases adverse reactions caused by Western medication,demonstrating both safety and efficacy.
