乔氏平衡火罐疗法在寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用

摘  要:目的:探讨乔氏平衡火罐疗法在寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者中的应用效果。方法:选取三甲中医院骨科收治的90例寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症保守治疗患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各45例。对照组采用常规平衡火罐疗法,试验组采用乔氏平衡火罐疗法。于干预前后对患者腰背疼痛情况进行评价。结果:干预后,试验组患者总有效率(90.24%)、简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分[(6.41±2.07)分]和日本骨科协会(JOA)下腰痛评定表评分[(24.46±2.20)分]均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乔氏平衡火罐疗法有助于寒湿型腰椎间盘突出症患者腰椎功能及活动度的改善。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Qiao’s balance cupping therapy in patients with lumbar disc herniation(LDH)of cold-dampness type.Methods:Ninety patients with cold-dampness type LDH undergoing conservative treatment in the orthopedics department of a tertiary-grade TCM hospital were selected as subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,with 45 cases each.The control group received conventional balance cupping therapy,while the experimental group was treated with Qiao’s balance cupping therapy.Lower back pain was assessed before the intervention and after two treatment courses using the Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)Low Back Pain Assessment Scale.Results:After the intervention,the experimental group demonstrated superior outcomes compared to the control group,including a higher total effective rate(90.24%),lower SF-MPQ score(6.41±2.07),and higher JOA score(24.46±2.20).The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qiao’s balance cupping therapy contributes to the improvement of lumbar function and mobility in patients with cold-dampness type LDH.
