活血益气化痰方联合隔物灸对矽肺患者肺功能及血清TGF-β、MMP-7的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟活血益气化痰方联合隔物灸对矽肺患者肺功能的改善效果及对其血清转化生长因子(TGF-β)、金属基质蛋白酶-7(MMP-7)的影响。方法:92例矽肺患者随机分为对照组和观察组各46例,对照组予以常规止咳、祛痰、抗感染、抗纤维化和隔物灸治疗,观察组在对照组治疗用药基础上加自拟活血益气化痰方水煎服,疗程12周。治疗前和治疗12周后进行肺功能(FEV1、FEV1/FVC)检测,ELISA检测血清TGF-β、MMP-7水平。结果:治疗12周后,两组患者FEV1、FEV1/FVC比治疗前明显提高(P均<0.05),血清TGF-β、MMP-7水平比治疗前均显著下降(P均<0.05);观察组治疗12周后FEV1、FEV1/FVC均高于同期对照组(P均<0.05),血清TGF-β、MMP-7水平均低于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:自拟活血益气化痰方联合隔物灸有助于改善矽肺患者的肺功能,降低TGF-β、MMP-7水平是其部分作用机制。Objective:To observe the effects of Huoxue Yiqi Huatan Decoction combined with indirect moxibustion on lung function and serum TGF-β,MMP-7 levels of silicosis patients.Methods:92 Cases with silicosis were divided into two groups with each 46 cases,control group was treated with conventional cough medicine,expectorant,anti-infection,anti-fibrosis and indirect moxibustion treatment,observation group was treated with Huoxue Yiqi Huatan Decoction on above treatment methods,the treatment course was 12 weeks.Lung function indexes(FEV1,FEV1/FVC),serum TGF-β,MMP-7 were determined.Results:FEV1,FEV1/FVC of the two groups were raised significantly after treatment for 12 weeks(P<0.05),serum TGF-β,MMP-7 levels were decreased significantly(P<0.05);FEV1,FEV1/FVC of the observation group after treatment were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),serum TGF-β,MMP-7 levels were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huoxue Yiqi Huatan Decoction combined with indirect moxibustion were contribute to improve lung function of silicosis patients,reducing serum TGF-β,MMP-7 levels were partial mechanism of action.
