贺州市地质灾害专群结合监测预警成效及案例分析——以贺州市昭平县文竹镇桂花村上圳小组滑坡为例

摘  要:近年来,贺州市在自然资源部、财政部的大力支持下,初步构建了群测群防、专业监测相结合的监测预警网络以及气象预警体系。以贺州市昭平县文竹镇桂花村上圳小组滑坡成功预警为例,详细分析了专群结合的监测预警网络以及气象预警体系的运行情况,降低了因地质灾害发生造成的人员伤亡和财产损失,取得了一定的阶段性成效,得到了地方群众和社会的认可,以期为我国其他地区地质灾害气象预警预报提供指导和借鉴。In recent years,Hezhou,with the strong support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Ministry of Finance,has ini-tially established a monitoring and warning network that combines group monitoring and prevention with professional monitoring,as well as a meteorological warning system.This paper takes the suc-cessful landslide early warning of Shangzhen Group in Guihua Vil-lage,Wenzhu Town,Zhaoping County,Hezhou as an example,ana-lyzes in detail the operation of the monitoring and early warning network and meteorological early warning system,reduces the ca-sualties and property losses caused by geological disasters,and achieves certain stage results,which are recognized by the local masses and society.In order to provide guidance and reference for other regions of China geological disaster weather warning and forecast.
