质量流量计误差影响因素分析及研究

摘　　要：质量流量计具有高精度、宽量程、低压损等特点,被广泛应用于黏度较低油品的贸易交接计量中。虽然质量流量计具有相对准确、耐用等优点,但是在实际的应用中,如果不清楚质量流量计误差影响因素,将影响质量流量计计量准确性。从安装应力、介质性质等3方面对影响质量流量计计量结果的因素进行了分析,明确了影响质量流量计计量误差的因素,提出了质量流量计在实际应用中应注意的事项,并结合现场实际情况提出了实施性强、针对性高的优化措施,对提高质量流量计计量准确性有着重要的参考意义。Mass flowmeter has the characteristics of high preci-sion,wide range and low pressure loss,and it is widely used in the trade handover measurement of oil products with low viscosity.Al-though the mass flowmeter has the advantages of being relatively accurate and durable.If the influencing factors of mass flowmeter error are not clear in practical applications,the measurement accu-racy of mass flowmeter will be affected.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the installation stress and media properties,clarify the factors affecting the measurement error of mass flowmeter,put forward the attention in mass flowmeter in practical application,And combined with the actual situation of the site to put forward a strong implementation,high targeted optimization measures.The research in this paper has important reference significance for im-proving the measurement accuracy of mass flowmeter.
