摘  要:富水破碎围岩区渗流场与应力场的相互作用,导致岩体极不稳定,使该区域隧道掘进过程中存在重大安全隐患。采用超前小导管注浆,一方面可有效阻断地下水渗流通道,降低其渗透性;另一方面,可使破碎围岩岩块胶结,使破碎围岩成为一个整体。在开挖前对掘进面进行初步注浆,使隧道待挖富水破碎岩体在一定程度上胶结,防止隧道掘进过程中发生突水事故。运用全截面法开挖,在区段开挖后,底脚未注浆部位用注浆锚杆及时注浆且及时采用锚网进行初次支护,再在此基础上布设排水管、做柔性防水和二次模筑衬砌。从而解决隧道通过富水破碎区的施工安全和保证后期安全使用。The interaction between the seepage field and stress field in the water rich fractured surrounding rock area leads to ex-treme instability of the rock mass,posing significant safety hazards during tunnel excavation in this area.By using advanced small con-duits for grouting,on the one hand,it can effectively block the un-derground water seepage channel and reduce its permeability;On the other hand,it can bond the broken rock blocks and make the bro-ken rock mass a whole.Before excavation,preliminary grouting is carried out on the excavation face to bond the water rich and frac-tured rock mass of the tunnel to a certain extent,preventing water in-rush accidents during the tunnel excavation process.Using the full section method for excavation,after the excavation of the section,grouting anchor rods are used to timely inject grout into the non grouted parts of the base,and anchor nets are used for initial sup-port.On this basis,drainage pipes are laid,flexible waterproofing is done,and secondary formwork lining is constructed.So as to solve the construction safety of tunnels passing through the water rich crushing area and ensure safe use in the later stage.
