摘 要:为做好煤矿风险监测预警工作,基于煤矿安全风险监测预警系统现存的不足,设计了一种新的煤矿安全风险监测预警体系,介绍了系统的结构,日常安全管控,隐患排查治理,实时监测管控以及风险分级管控,指出了其系统定位,业务架构与主要功能,以期通过应用该系统,能使企业及时全面地获得各类风险预警信息,创建链条式的监测预警体系,实现从日常安全管控到隐患排查治理再到实时监测管控以及风险分级管控的层级安全管理,更好地为矿井安全生产保驾护航。In order to do a good job in coal mine risk monitoring and early warning work,this article designs a new coal mine secu-rity risk monitoring and early warning system based on the exist-ing shortcomings of the coal mine security risk monitoring and ear-ly warning system.The system structure,daily safety control,hid-den danger investigation and governance,real-time monitoring and control,and risk grading control are introduced.The system posi-tioning,business architecture,and main functions are pointed out.It is hoped that through the application of this system,enterprises can timely and comprehensively obtain various risk warning infor-mation,create a chain like monitoring and early warning system,and achieve hierarchical safety management from daily safety con-trol to hidden danger investigation and governance,to real-time monitoring and control,and risk grading control,in order to better safeguard mine safety production.
