摘　　要：绿色节能环保技术的有效应用可促进工民用建筑工程可持续发展,实现建筑与环境的和谐统一。文章主要分析绿色节能环保技术应用原则,针对目前工业与民用建筑施工绿色节能环保措施的应用展开讨论,并提出相关建议,旨在优化绿色节能环保技术的应用效果,为未来工民用建筑的绿色施工和可持续发展提供推力。The effective application of green,energy-saving and environmental protection technologies can promote the sustainable development of industrial and civil construction projects,and achieve the harmonious unity of buildings and the environment.The article mainly analyzes the application principles of green energy-saving and environmental protection technologies,discusses the current application of green energy-saving and environmental protection measures in industrial and civil construction,and puts forward relevant suggestions,aiming to optimize the application effect of green energy-saving and environmental protection technologies and provide impetus for the green construction and sustainable development of industrial and civil buildings in the future.
