摘 要:装配式绿色建筑和BIM技术的结合逐渐在建筑领域得到推广,这种新型建筑方式不仅符合可持续发展的要求,还提升了施工效率。研究BIM技术在装配式绿色建筑中的应用,可以为提高建筑施工的效率、减小环境影响以及推动绿色建筑发展提供理论支持和实践参考。文章首先分析了BIM技术的基本概念及其在装配式绿色建筑施工中的应用,然后揭示了BIM技术在提高施工效率、优化资源利用、促进绿色建筑发展的重要作用,同时结合实际案例,讨论了BIM技术在预制构件施工、套筒灌浆、装配式装修技术等方面的具体应用。The combination of prefabricated green building and BIM technology has been gradually promoted in the construction field.This new construction method not only meets the requirements of sustainable development,but also improves the construction efficiency.Research on the application of BIM technology in prefabricated green building can provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving the efficiency of building construction,reducing environmental impact and promoting the development of green building.This paper first analyzes the basic concept of BIM technology and its application in the construction of prefabricated green buildings,and then reveals the important role of BIM technology in improving construction efficiency,optimizing resource utilization,and promoting the development of green buildings.At the same time,combined with practical cases,it discusses the specific application of BIM technology in the construction of prefabricated components,sleeve grouting,and prefabricated decoration technology.
