高层建筑电气预埋模块化施工技术研究

摘　　要：文章从装配式建筑机电工程的关键施工技术要点出发,分析了管道预制安装、叠合板电气预埋盒安装、套管预留、可调式线盒安装、电缆支吊架预制安装、机电设备安装、超大件运输吊装等技术环节。针对高层建筑电气预埋模块化施工过程中常见的问题,提出了优化设备基础安装、完善电气管路预埋作业和加强施工管理等对策,有效提升了施工质量与效率,保障了工程的顺利进行。Starting from the key construction technology points of prefabricated building electromechanical engineering,this article analyzes the technical links such as pipeline prefabrication and installation,installation of composite panel electrical embedded boxes,casing reservation,installation of adjustable wire boxes,prefabrication and installation of cable supports and hangers,installation of electromechanical equipment,and transportation and hoisting of oversized items.In response to common problems in the modular construction process of electrical pre embedding in high-rise buildings,measures are proposed to optimize equipment foundation installation,improve electrical pipeline pre embedding operations,and strengthen construction management,effectively improving construction quality and efficiency and ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
