摘　　要：在众多影响建筑耐久性与安全性的因素中,渗漏问题是其中至关重要的一环。外墙防渗工程技术在保护建筑免受外部环境侵害、延长其使用寿命方面,起到关键的作用。为了更好地发挥出该技术的应用价值,文章对房屋建筑工程中外墙防渗工程技术进行分析,并提出具体的技术应用策略,以供参考。Among the many factors that affect the durability and safety of buildings,leakage is undoubtedly a crucial one.The technology of external wall anti-seepage engineering plays a crucial role in protecting buildings from external environmental damage and extending their service life.In order to better utilize the application value of this technology,this article analyzes the external wall anti-seepage engineering technology in building construction projects and proposes specific technical application strategies for reference.
