摘  要:随着建筑技术的进步和功能需求的提升,机电安装工程在建筑项目中的复杂度和重要性不断提高。文章通过研究某32层商业综合体项目,系统分析了机电安装施工技术的难点及其解决方案。研究表明,应用BIM技术进行管线综合布置可降低35%的返工率,提升25%的空间利用率;分段式设备安装工艺使施工效率提高了20%以上;建立全过程质量控制体系使验收合格率达95%。With the progress of construction technology and the improvement of functional requirements,the complexity and importance of mechanical and electrical installation engineering in construction projects continue to increase.By studying a 32 storey commercial complex project,this paper systematically analyzes the technical difficulties and solutions of electromechanical installation and construction.The research shows that BIM technology can reduce the rework rate by 35%and improve the space utilization rate by 25%;Sectional equipment installation technology improves construction efficiency by more than 20%;Establish the whole process quality control system to make the acceptance rate reach 95%.
