摘　　要：文章首先详细阐述了房屋建筑地基基础加固工程施工技术的价值、现存问题及多种应用方法,包括注浆加固、锚杆静压桩、高压喷射注浆等技术;然后分析了这些技术的施工要点、操作流程和应用步骤等,旨在为房屋建筑地基基础加固工程提供科学的技术指导,从而提升地基基础加固工程的施工质量与安全性,推动建筑行业的稳定发展。Firstly,the paper elaborates the value,existing problems and various application methods of the construction technology of building foundation reinforcement engineering,including grouting reinforcement,anchor static pressure pile,highpressure jet grouting and other technologies;Then it analyzes the construction points,operation process and application steps of these technologies,aiming to provide scientific and technical guidance for the foundation reinforcement project of housing construction,so as to improve the construction quality and safety of the foundation reinforcement project,and promote the stable development of the construction industry.
