摘　　要：注浆技术作为土木工程施工中的重要手段,在房屋建筑施工中发挥着至关重要的作用。该技术通过向地基、墙体等结构内部注入浆液,改善其物理力学性质,提高承载力和稳定性,从而确保建筑物的安全性和耐久性。文章首先概述了注浆技术的基本原理和重要性,随后详细介绍了静压注浆、高压喷射注浆、预注浆法和爆破注浆等注浆技术方法,最后以具体工程为例,详细分析了注浆技术在房屋建筑施工中的应用。As an important means of civil engineering construction,grouting technology plays a vital role in building construction.This technology improves the physical and mechanical properties,bearing capacity and stability of buildings by injecting grout into the foundation,wall and other structures,so as to ensure the safety and durability of buildings.This paper first summarizes the basic principle and importance of grouting technology,then introduces the static pressure grouting,high-pressure jet grouting,pre grouting and blasting grouting technology in detail,and finally analyzes the application of grouting technology in housing construction with a specific project as an example.
