摘　　要：随着城市化进程的加速和建筑行业的蓬勃发展,建筑工程的数量和规模不断增加,建筑工程的质量问题也日益受到关注。其中,防水防渗施工技术的应用是保障建筑质量的重要环节。文章将从防水防渗施工技术基本概述及重要性出发,通过分析防水防渗施工技术在外墙面、屋面、地下室等施工中的应用,为提升建筑工程质量提供理论支持和实践指导。With the acceleration of urbanization and the vigorous development of the construction industry,the number and scale of construction projects are constantly increasing,and the quality issues of construction projects are also receiving increasing attention.Among them,the application of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology is an important link in ensuring building quality.Starting from the basic overview and importance of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology,this article will analyze the application of waterproof and anti-seepage construction technology in the construction of exterior walls,roofs,basements,etc.,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the quality of building engineering.
